The Woolmen Walk: Freedom, Lambs & Livery

To celebrate the return of the Worshipful Company of Woolmen’s Sheep Drive, The Monument invites you to explore the City and its history on a brand-new walking tour. The Woolmen Walk: Freedom, Lambs and Livery.

Join our accredited guides on a journey through the historic sites around The Monument, including St Magnus the Martyr, Billingsgate Market and Leadenhall Market and discover the history of the Livery Companies, London’s ancient and modern trade associations and guilds.

This tour lasts approximately one hour, and the ticket includes entrance to The Monument after the Tour.

Please note, the tour follows an accessible route. However, The Monument’s viewing platform is accessed by a 311-step spiral staircase, which is not accessible for those with impaired mobility.
