Following guidance from the UK Government about Covid-19, Tower Bridge and The Monument are temporarily closed to visitors until summer 2020.
We continue to monitor the situation closely. Please continue to check this page for further information and updates.
For any visitors who planned to visit during this closure, a full refund will be provided. Please contact us at email@example.com with your booking reference number and we will reply within 5 working days to arrange a refund.
If you have purchased tickets via a third-party company, please contact them directly.

Can I get a refund for my ticket to The Monument due to the situation with Covid-19 (Corona Virus)?
Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so you can visit us later in the year if you prefer. However, if you are unable to move your visit, you are entitled to a refund. Please send your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to you within 5 working days.
Our group is planning to visit The Monument in summer, will I be able to visit?
We hope to be open in summer for visitors. However, please visit the website closer to the date of visit for the latest information.
I have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, can I still get a refund?
