Due to the natural space constraints of its historic structure, the Monument remains closed to visitors until further notice. We will continue to monitor the Government advice and we wait for the latest information to allow us to reopen safely. Please continue to check this website for future updates. FAQs

Can I get a refund for my ticket to The Monument due to the situation with Covid-19?

Tower Bridge + The Monument tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so you can visit us later in the year if you prefer. However, if you are unable to move your visit, you are entitled to a refund. Please send your refund request to bookings@towerbridge.org.uk and we will reply to you within 5 working days.

I have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, can I still get a refund?

If you have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, please contact them directly.
